Delivery Options

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are discreetly and securely packed.

All orders placed before 4:30pm are dispatched the same day subject to product availability. Orders placed in the evening or at the weekend are processed for dispatch on the next working day.

UK Priority Service: £3.95 (Royal Mail)

Delivery time: Usually with 5 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for items lost or delayed in the post, if you choose not to have your order sent by tracked post.  We recommend that if your order comes to over £30, you choose Recorded Delivery so the order can be tracked.

Recorded Delivery  £4.50 (Royal Mail)

This signed-for delivery service is available for UK deliveries only.  Usually arrives within 5 working days.

Special Delivery - Next Day: £7.50 (Royal Mail)

This service is available for UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands) deliveries only and requires a signature from the addressee upon delivery. Please be aware that Next Day Deliveries can be delivered between 9am and 7pm.

Please Note: Whilst we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Republic of Ireland £7.50

Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days.

Europe: £7.95

Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days

Rest of the World: £12.50

Delivery time: 10 to 14 working days.

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

We may at our discretion require payment by bank transfer rather than by phone order prior to shipping.

Heavy items may incur further postage charges.  Details will be given when an order is placed.
